Will there be food?

You bet there will be food! We're gathering acclaimed chefs and winemakers from near and far to prepare delicious food and drink for the event. Stay tuned for more information on our agenda!

I have special dietary needs, will IFBC accommodate my food preferences?

IFBC will feature delicious food from a wide variety of talented chefs. We will make every effort to provide options for those attendees that have special dietary needs. That said, only you know what you like to eat so it's always a good idea to bring some of your favorite snacks just in case.

What should I wear?

Your comfort during the conference should be your main priority! Dress in whatever will allow you to fully enjoy the event. Keep in mind that even though we will be in Sacramento during the summer the hotel will be air-conditioned, so a light sweater is always nice to have on hand.
