St. Patrick's Day Protein-Packed Green Smoothie Muffins

Getting a little tired of your regular morning green smoothie? Try turning that smoothie into a tasty, good-for-you muffin! These protein-rich muffins are packed with goodness that will make you hit the ground running, like Good Greens, a powder blend of multiple superfoods, and Vanilla Protein, 18 grams worth of plant-based proteins - both from ALOHA.

These green smoothie muffins will make a fun St. Patrick’s Day breakfast - or any day of the year!

Protein-Packed Green Smoothie Muffins

Makes Ten Muffins

Ingredients:

4 large eggs
2 cups baby spinach
1 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/2 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons ALOHA Coconut (or sweetener of choice)
1 serving ALOHA Vanilla Protein
1 teaspoon ALOHA Daily Good Greens
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Oil of choice, to coat muffin tin

Preparation:

Preheat your oven to 375°F. Grease your muffin tin or line with muffin cups. Set aside. In a blender or food processor, add your liquids first, dry ingredients next, and spinach last.

Blend until the mixture is smooth and consistent.

Fill up your muffin tins and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
