Simple Macaroni and cheese dish is perhaps the ultimate in comfort foods and easy to cook.
You may substitute and use low fat ingredients for cheese and milk and omit butter if your recipe calls for it.
This is my own simple and quick recipe.
Cook pasta according to the instructions on the package.
Add the hot milk, salt and pepper.
Bake in a preheated oven on 450 degrees Fahrenheit for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
You may use water baking method by putting the baking dish in a pan that has some water in it to prevent the macaroni and cheese from burning.
You may also use the stove top cooking method by adding all the ingredients together and cook for ten minutes.
