This recipe is an easy way to use up leftover baked potatoes. The result is creamy, cheesy goodness!
Peel and thinly slice the baked potatoes. Spray a small oval gratin dish with non-stick cooking spray.
Arrange one of the potatoes in a layer. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cheese. Repeat with remaining potatoes, salt and pepper, and cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes at 450 degrees.
