2 cloves Garlic, finely minced
1/2 Medium Onion, finely minced
1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt (or more to taste)
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/4 teaspoon Cumin (or more to taste)
Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile seed avocados and scrape meat out of the shell. Empty meat into a medium size mixing bowl and immediately
Squeeze the lime juice onto it and beat with a hand mixer until mostly smooth. (You must use the lime or else the dip will oxidize and turn brown).
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until soft then add to the avocado mixture along with the rest of the ingredients.
Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and a few thin shreds of chili peppers and serve with corn tortilla chips.
You may also use as a spread on a sandwich instead of mayo or as a veggie dip!
