240 grams penne pasta type
200 grams beans (fave) frosen
50 grams cooked ham, diced
2 tablespoons /3 of tomato sauce ready, seasoned with basil leaves
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 sprig of fresh basil leaves for garnish
In a non stick pan, put two tablespoons of olive oil, chopped onion and diced ham, onion just begins to brown, add the fava beans and a bit 'of vegetable broth.
Cook for 20 minutes, add 2 / 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce and then mix everything for a few minutes.
