Punjabi chicken Karahi is a very tasty, pungent and eye watering dish. Cook and enjoy. The recipe is here
1 kilogram Chicken
1 cup Oil
3 teaspoons Ginger slices
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Red chilli cutter
1 teaspoon Coriander seed cutter
1/2 teaspoon Haldi
10 pieces Cloves whole
15 pieces Black pepper whole
1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala
Take chicken in a pan, add 1-2 glass of water, garlic, ginger and spices. Cook on medium flame till chicken is tender.
Now in a separate pan (Karahi) heat oil add tomatoes and cook on medium flame till tomatoes become tender and most of the water is evaporated.
Now add tendered chicken to it, and cook for another 10 minutes.
Delicious Punjabi Karahi Chicken is ready.
