1 pound lean ground turkey breast
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teapoon dried onion
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
In a large bowl, combine turkey with vinegar herbs and seasonings and mix well. Form into 4-6 equal-sized patties.
Coat a large skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook the patties over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes on one side. Flip burgers, top with cheese, and cook an additional 3-4 minutes or until the juices run clear.
