Sift flour before measuring. Add baking powder mix. Set aside. Cream Crisco. Add sugar; mix well. Add 1 egg at a time, milk and lemon extract; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture will be sticky.
Drop by teaspoonful on greased cookie sheet (use cooking spray). Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes or golden brown.
Drop hot cookie upside down into frosting; drip off excess. Place on wax paper. Let it dry completely before stacking.
