This is a wonderful alternative to the regular breakfast foods you may serve. They will get you and your kids up and out the door, keeping everyone full until lunch. Simple and tasty, what's not to love?
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup crushed pineapple
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 ounces raisins
3 Tbsp sugar
Combine all ingredients and let stand for 10 minutes.
Fry 2 Tbsp of batter sized puffs until browned on each side.
