High Energy Chocolate Bars
20 "Xocai Healthy Chocolate Nuggets"
1 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tbsps olive oil
1 cup sunflower seed (raw)
1 cup flaked coconut (unsweetened)
1/2 cup sesame seeds (brown)
1 cup chopped walnuts (chopped finely)
Melt together "Xocai Nuggets," peanut butter, and olive oil. Stir in sunflower seeds, coconut, sesame seeds and walnuts. Press into a 8x8 inch pan. Coat with a layer of cooking spray and chill. cut into 1-inch squares. Serves 12
