Love to cook! I'm writing a recipe book as we speak! I love food combinations that are interesting and innovative and I "design" my own sauces and recipes.... I consider myself a "food architect!" It seems to work for me, and so far (fingers crossed) no disasters - only praise! I often use a "blueprint" recipe from the net or a recipe book and then fine tune it to my "architectural designs".
My favourite foods are seafood - especially crustaceans - and Italian and French food. Not keen on chinese, but I'll eat it if it's good, and I detest Indian food! (makes me feel queasy!)
Fine dining recipes - those are the challenge and I love it!
I also love music - food and music... there is nothing better in life, except for the love my daughter, Rebecca!
My dream is to open my own cafe - with wonderful, interesting food, warm cosy decor, and fabulous music playing as my patrons enjoy the food I prepare for them. one day.....
