I have been cooking gluten-free since 2005 and thoroughly enjoy the challenges that gluten-free cooking and baking bring.

I usually post to my recipe blog every day and enjoy helping others in the gluten-free community.

Recently, I was asked to help out the Gluten Free in Fresno Support Group where we meet the last Wednesday of each month at Whole Foods on Shaw Avenue. I am often a guest speaker and do cooking demos.
