Originally a Queenslander, I now live in Hobart with my partner Caroline and our cat George. We love to cook, BBQ, try new beers and wines, and experiment with new ingredients.
Living in Hobart is awesome. We’re surrounded by so many wineries, breweries, and cheeseries. The seafood and produce are incredible, and it’s amazing to be able to see where everything you eat and drink comes from.
