Bonnie Banters

I'm one of those you could say my mother influenced my love of cooking. She was a dietitian, cook and self-taught, award-winning (actually for art) cake decorator. I have a degree in food catering; and I have enjoyed a lot of entertaining, taking great pleasure in the preparation, especially of the table. I have also had a couple of food-related businesses. I love to cook, experiment with recipes and especially bake. In addition to my mother, I come from a long line of superb bakers. I'm an obsessed recipe collector: even though I have a mass collection of cookbooks and recipes, I continue to love to read recipes and collect them. Now my daughter is following in my footsteps with her cooking and entertaining. She's the best hostess!
