I'm a trained Pastry Chef and Chocolatier. I love to bake! It's relaxing and fun for me. I've also worked as a Private Chef for a wonderful family in NC.
I'm married to a Tunisian and am learning about that cuisine...cooking and baking. Tunisian pastries are both amazing and delicious! I'm finding the food fabulous, but a bit spicy. That harissa is like fire, but I'm getting used to it...slowly. Thankfully, my husband is an incredible chef :)
