I am a food professional and have been working in the food industry for over 10 years. Most recently I have been working in the retail food industry, and using my passion for great food to help fellow foodies find what they are looking for. I currently work as a fromagier, guiding people to the right cheese for them, as I have found that cheese above all else is my favorite food medium.
