When I was 3 my grandfather (a baker trained in Germany) sat me down at the kitchen table and taught me how to roll out sugar cookies. My love of cooking was born. I think of cooking, food, recipes, technique from the moment I get up until I am laying in bed at night. Obsessed? A little ;-) Am I a fantastic cook? No. I am a good cook, There is always room for improvement. Nothing makes me happier than making something sinful for my friends and family - with a lot of love packed in!
Besides food I love the ocean, going to the beach and collecting sea glass and shells. I also love creating things with my sea treasures. I also enjoy going shooting at the gun range, drawing, reading, movies, walking with my beloved pit bull Gemma and husband Rick.
