My name's Lisa Marie and I'm the manager of the Nigel Brown Cookery Academy. I organise the bookings, chat with the media, issue press releases, type up Nigel's new recipes and best of all, get to sample all his new concoctions (some more successful than others!).

I've got tons of other interests, ballroom dancing, card making, I love musical theatre and gardening when the weather's nice.
