Mie Kristensen

I'm a Dane living in Berlin and I love everything about food. I started my blog Misbean ("mis" is my nickname & bean to underscore the vegetarian profile) because I wanted a place to keep my favorite recipes with nice photos so that I will not forget them.
I focus primarilly on whole foods and vegetarian (including fish) which is good for both us people and our planet. Furthermore, I'm definitely not picky but love to try new food adventures and are very open-minded toward all the amazing food cultures around the world.
