All my life I have worked around or with food. As a child, my relatives owned a restaurant and we spent a lot of time there. As a young adult, I'd sneak into the kitchen while my mother was running errands and cook or bake something. Later on, I'd go to culinary school, trade school to deal with food processing, and to receive a Bachelor of Health in Restaurant / Public Health Inspection. Now, I work with seafood, and cook and bake in my spare time.
