I love stirring up a whole lotta crazy in the kitchen. But I’m super tired of eating the same thing day in, day out, like I have no imagination. Truth is, I’ve got almost 100 cookbooks bursting off my shelves and a collection of recipes from all over the world, but I still make the same basic stuff almost every time I strap on my apron.

Now I'm on a culinary adventures as I sample new tastes, textures and techniques in my quest to go from ho-hum to oh boy!
