I have always loved to eat. When I was younger, I was taught how to cook by my dad. He would always ask me to watch while he cooked and often brought me with him when he went to the market. Although it entailed waking up very early in the morning (which I hated at that time), I can now appreciate the important lessons I have learned. After being able to appreciate how great dishes are made, my love affair with food was sealed.
