I'm currently eating, drinking and cooking my way around Italy I've decided to document my kitchen experiences in this food blog. The long term plan is to take this delicious information back home to Sydney with me and find a challenging Chef's Apprenticeship, in the meantime I hope to be inspired and to inspire with the recipes and techniques on this food blog.
