I am Mexican, residing in Pensacola, FL for about six years. Enjoy cooking for friends and family, and experimenting with new dishes. I host a "Knit and Eat" little club where we share food and knitting advice (or any other type of craft available to us).

My cooking specialty is, of course, Mexican Cuisine. I try to stick to the native recipes as much as the availability of the ingredients allow me. I bring most of my spices and pastes from home, along with a wide variety of other delicacies not available in the markets in Pensacola.
