About Denise Wetherell

I am a wife of almost 17 years and mom of three beautiful children Calen, James and Anna. I have a daughter who avoids wheat, dairy, eggs and a few other things; along with my dietary needs of avoiding eggs, sesame and no more than 1200 mg of sodium a day, we make quite a team. In minimizing our cooking to meet our needs, I have found many wonderful recipes.  Over time I look forward to adding all of them to Foodista.
