I'm very interested in The Slow Food Movement and I believe cooking can be the best form of family bonding. When I finally have children, I consider knowing how to make bread as important as knowing how to wipe your bum; its a life skill. But, thats all in the future... right now, I'm a college student trying to figure out what direction I want to take. On the way, I'll continue to write, paint, sing, garden and, of course, cook!
