I am on the journey to learn everything that can be learned about making pizza. I have made many kinds of pizzas and do share my techniques and my formulas. Everyday I learn more about pizza. I can make NY style, Thin Crust, Stuffed Thick Crust, focaccia, and many other kinds of pizzas. I also use sourdough and starters to make pizza. I have many pictures on my blog of all the pizzas I have made. I am new to blogging, so it will take awhile to upload all my pictures and also learn how to blog better. I also am featured on the Pizza Quest website with Peter Reinhart as a "sites we like" under the Pizza Quest website. Some of my pizzas also have been featured on "My Pie Mondays" from Slice from NY.
