I'm one of those people who can put flavors together in my mind and create tasty recipes. I believe in cooking from scratch with fresh herbs, vegetables and spices for flavoring. I enjoy cooking with wine and butter too. The best thing is, I'm losing weight too! Food is magic. Hope you enjoy my recipes. Let me know what you think.

The inspiration behind most of my recipes is my family, especially my husband. He is my biggest fan. Second are my mom and my mother in law who both live with us.
