My soul belongs to food and my heart resides in the kitchen. I'm a raw and vegan chef and advocate for sustainable, local, organic foods. I believe that we have reached a breaking point and it is time to take back our food. It's out with the "food stuffs" and in with fresh, whole foods - whether it be cooked or raw - it's the quality of the produce that really matters.
