Dave Down Under
Retired down to Australia 10 years ago after being in Alaska since the Sixty's. I think I'm still thawing some bones. Wife is from South Oz and we figured it'd be easier me getting used to this climate than her getting used to Interior Alaska weather.
Been cooking for over a quarter of a century; getting pretty good at it, I think.
If you've seen my blog you know I like to inject a bit of humor into the recipes. And also cook up some good tucka!
I was, obviously, a little younger in the photo, BTW.
