I was diagnosed with Gluten Intolerance in 2010 after much persistence in finding out why I was having all sorts of health problems. I love rock music and live shows and I have such a passion of sharing gluten-free info with people that I decided to start the blog. I also write for examiner.com as the Chicago Gluten-Free Food Examiner. I now do this full-time in addition to being a wife and mom to a ten year old.
