I’m not a chef, but I have worked as a cook. My favourite cuisines (at the moment) are the new Scandinavian, Thai, Indian, traditional and new French, Spanish, Cajun/Caribbean, and Mexican. But I’m really fascinated by all kinds of food, and all methods of preparation! ;)I’m from Denmark, but over the years I have also lived in England, the Netherlands and the US.My biggest interests are cooking and writing. I love travelling, photography, painting and crafts (well – all things creative, really).
