My name is Lindsay. In short, I am an ice cream fanatic! Big scoops, small scoops, smooth scoops, chunky scoops…ice cream is my passion. I have been to more ice cream shops that I can count. Every new city I visit, one of the first things I find is ice cream. So I figured I would sit down and do something with all of this ice cream information and write a blog about my ice cream adventures.

I have always loved ice cream. I have fond memories of making trips to the local ice cream stand with my family. The excitement of picking the flavor, the sweet, creamy taste, the cool ice cream dripping down my hand as I licked the cone. For years I was stuck with store-bought ice cream, but I finally got old enough (and made enough money) to afford an ice cream maker of my own and I never turned back. My husband, Keith, has willingly become the guinea pig for several new flavors. One day I plan to fulfill my dream of opening my own ice cream shop.
