Hello! Ever heard of a professional cook that turned the love of cooking into a roadkill cookin show? Well for several years, I had a drama troupe that did spoof roadkill cookin recipes. Today I am a professional cook for a retirement home and I am always looking for and creating new recipes that are delicious and make the residents happy and excited about one of the most important things they look forward to each day. We can never get away however from some of the staple recipes in life that they all enjoy. I am a third generation professional cook and some of my recipes come from way back when my grandmother baked some wonderful treats and homemade dishes. I am happily married and love enjoying a great dinner with my husband and watching him enjoy it.
