Umbrella Drink is all about celebrating life’s simple pleasures-mostly in food! Umbrella Drink is also about enjoying everything this life has to offer including celebrations and the day-to-day adventures.
I’m Lindsey, and I am a Colorado native-kind of. I was born in Greeley and moved when I was two. I mostly grew up in Florida, where I met my husband at the University of Florida-Go Gators! I have lived in Colorado since May 2005, and now my life has come full circle. We have an adorable puggle (pug/beagle mix) named Meyer and hope to have human babies one day. By day, I work at the Colorado School of Mines Foundation fundraising from companies for things like scholarships. By night, I blog about all things that give me the same joy as an umbrella drink.
