Hello, I'm Michael and i love my cooking!
I have a strong passion for food and wine, i have been working in the hospitality industry for as long as i can remember, it really is all i know, so you know that you can trust me when it comes to food as i have tried, tasted and experienced nearly every eatable dish i can think of. I have used this knowledge to my advantage every time i prepare any meal as i can predict the outcome of it very well, most of the time. (But no ones perfect)
My favorite food in general/overall would have to be seafood of any kind, particularly prawns (Tiger or king).
My favorite dish at the moment would have to be the ever popular Lobster Mornay.
I also have a favorite dish when it comes to entree's and that is Seared Scallops served on chickpea puree'
Now this is a very simple quick dish, yet it is also a fabulous dish to be served in any restaurant as it can quickly become a popular favorite amongst consumers that love and or enjoy seafood as scallops are quite popular in themselves as it is, this dish is great value for money as it is low priced/cost yet can be medium to high quality depending on what type of ingredients you use specifically and of course how you put them together, but they MUST ALWAYS balance out to the consistency of the dish in whole, as the result can be quite serious in the way of damaging the dish in flavor, color and taste therefore losing the value for money it had as the whole dish including the prep must be thrown out as once it has been prepared it is best not to modify it.
