In a large pan fry onion and the pepper with garlic. add the rest of ingredients expect the rice. with low steam cook well add the beans and rice.

To make rice and red beans sazon goya, add rice, sazon goya, black beans, garlic, green pepper, olive oil, onions, oregano, water, white wine. First fry the ingredients and make the food in low steam which will give good taste for your food.

first prepare white rice.
then take little oil in a pan.
saute finely chopped onion,garlic and pepper untill brown.
stir,black beans,itbs oregano,water,ipacket goya sazon goya,1tbs cider vinegar.
boil it and cooked it for more 10 min in a sim gas.
serve it with rice.
