Adobo is made by soaking pieces of chicken in a mixture of vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, crushed garlic, and crushed peppercorn and simmering them in a saucepan for 30-45 minutes. Once the chicken is boiled, fry some garlic in butter. Add the chicken to the butter and fry until browned.
