Yes. The general rule is that if something has perishable ingredients in it, such as eggs or milk, it needs to be refrigerated to prevent bacteria production.

Almost every baked product has eggs in it, and most of them do not need to be a refrigerated. Pumpkin bread will last 1-2 days is left unrefrigerated. It will last a week in the fridge. It is perishable because pumpkin is perishable even after baking (think baked zucchini... still rots).
