"Nasi Lemak" is a traditional Malay cuisine where rice is cooked in coconut cream along with some spices and herbs, Served with Sambal and vegetables of choice, normally cucumber and or kankong and hard boiled egg.

Well rankly Nasi lemak and Nasi minyak aren't really malay cuisine its actually discovered by the Baba Nyonya and same goes to roti canai which was discovered by Indians and popiah discovered by chinese which all of them are claimed to be malay cuisine frankly I don't even know any Malay cuisine which aren't adopted or claimed from others
