First of all, wash the cauliflower and cut into small pieces. Put oil in the pan and wait till it boils. And simultaneously mix corn flour and white flour in the dish and add cauliflower pieces to it. Then deep fry them in the oil present in the pan. Take another pan with oil. Add salt pepper and than roasted peanuts and the deep fries pieces of cauliflower. Mix them well. Cook it for some time. It is then ready to serve.
Prepare cauliflower, wash and trim out root. Cut into florets. Boil water in a large pot, add a good pinch of sea salt. Blanch cauliflower. Shock cauliflower in ice bath. Set aside. Toast pinenuts in olive oil- medium heat on stove top; add 1 sliced garlic clove, cook until fragrant. Toss blanched cauliflower in to pinenuts, add unsalted butter and fresh chopped parsley. Taste. Add grated parmesean and salt or pepper if needed.
