The recipe is posted and re-posted all over the internet- but in each case fails to mention the number of yolks. In several of the recipes it calls for "3 whole egg whites". Assuming that they are making a custard- the recipe should read,
3 whole eggs - whites & yolks separated.
3 egg yolks and 3 egg whites are needed for this recipe.
