If you are using Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt) for medicinal reasons, you may want to consult your doctor or a medical website. I'm not sure that this is a question related to cooking as it would generally not be used in cooking.
Epsom Salts can be used medicinally both internally and externally, but for internal use- you really want to consult a medical professional.
