A 30 pound stuffed turkey will take about 6 1/4 hours to cook at 325 degrees. You'll need to add about 15 - 20 minutes per pound so I would say a 34 pound turkey will take about another hour. If you use a dark covered roasting pan (that's how I do it - I don't know if you can get one big enough for that bird) it might be faster. Depends also on your oven - I would check the turkey often. That is a huge turkey!!!
