Fenugreek Seeds are most often used in Indian cooking in pickles and curry pastes. They contain some nutrients including vitamin C and protein and are used in various forms to treat a variety of ailments including sore throats, the symptoms related to PMS and Menopause, to aid in digestion, and improve blood glucose and cholestrol.
