Question: What can I do with rose hips, besides tea?

I have several vintage rose bushes that produce way more roses and rose hips than I can handle. I know they are an excellent source or vitamin C, how can I use all these rose hips and utilize the benefits??

You can make rose hip jelly or rose hip syrup. You can make a scented rose water as well.
