Any Jewel or Dominicks will carry phyllo dough in the freezer section. I usually buy Athens brand. It tends not to stick together as much as others do once they're thawed.

Most any grocery store will have Phyllo Dough in the freezer section.

Do you have a Whole Foods in Chicago? That's where I've bought phyllo dough before in the Washington, DC metro area. It's usually located in the frozen food section near desserts and pie crusts. They even sell it there in whole-wheat.
