Question: Is there a DINNER RECIPE with BANANAS?

I'm looking for a dinner recipe where I can use up my mushy bananas...I want something I can cook up on the stove, but NO DEEP FRYING! Help?

You can make a tropical fruit salsa to go with a nice white fish like Mahi-Mahi.
You can also use them in place of plantains. Look for tropical dishes or work them into tamales. I've had them in black beans and we use plantains when we make Arepas- you could use bananas instead. If you use them in black beans- sprinkle with a salty cheese like feta.

Hello, I love bananas. This recipe takes max 10 mins to prepare and its yummy. I love this recipe just try it. When the bananas over-ripen, i prepare this because no one likes to eat the black bananas. Its also good with fresh once.
