Since they're "preserved'' in either vinegar, a brine or olive oil, they'll keep for quite a while. On the shelf- they should be about a 3 year shelf life. Opened and refrigerated approx. 6 months.
The don't have an expire date, as long as you keep toping up the olive oil they have in them. They have to be submerged in the oil otherwise they will start to grow mould in them, even if they are kept in the fridge.
